FAQ
Do we need to make a consultation?
I always recommend a consultation. This allows you and I a chance to make a plan and make sure we are on the same page before your session. It gives you an opportunity to get to know me and me to get to know. I am also able to answer any questions you may have leading up to your session.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based out of Noblesville, IN. I service the Chicagoland and Northern/Central Indiana area. I am able to travel, however depending on distance there may be a travel fee.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive your photos within 8 weeks of our session. This time is usually sooner, however depending on your session, your photos may take longer to deliver. All your photos will be available for download. You will receive a link with a password and download pin.
How long will photos be available?
Your photos will be kept up to 90 days after the photos are available for download.
Do you offer a discount?
I do offer a discount to Veterans and Active Military familes. Our armed forces are near and dear to my heart and capturing special moments for these families and service people is an honor. Contact me for pricing information!
What if you don't have a session that suits what I am needing?
Please contact me! I am pretty flexible and always want to help my clients out the best I can! Let's work together to find what meets your needs!
What forms of payment do you take and when do we pay?
At this current time I accept Venmo, Cash, or Check. A non-refundable retainer fee must be placed before your session. At the time of your session the rest of your payment is due.
